  1. General Enquiries
  • How do I make an account?
    • For desktop users:
      Click “Login” next to the shopping cart. On this screen, select “Create account” and fill in the required information. Then you’re all set!

      For mobile users:
      On the slide-out menu on the left, click "Login". Click "Create account" in the next screen and fill in the required information.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    • We don’t offer in-store services at the moment, but feel free to browse around our website!
  • Are all your products readily available?
    • Yes! All of our products are available on hand at our warehouse, so your order will only take 1-3 working days to dispatch.
  • I would like to unsubscribe from your email newsletter.
    • Scroll to the bottom of any of our email newsletter, click on “Unsubscribe from this list”, and enter your email address.

  • How much is shipping?
    • Orders above HKD350 can enjoy free local shipping.
      The shipping fee of orders below HKD350 will be calculated based on shipment weight – you’ll find out during checkout.
  • Can my parcel be sent to SF self-pickup points?
    • Small lightweight orders can be delivered to SF self-pickup points.
      Simply enter the code and address as your delivery address during checkout.
      Heavy orders can only be sent to residential, commercial or industrial addresses via Kerry Express.
      We will message you regarding your order if your chosen delivery service is unavailable – we apologise for the inconvenience.
  • (For overseas orders) Why can't I see my parcel information on the tracking page?
    • You can track your parcel at Quantium's website here.
      For newly shipped orders, there may be a few days' delay to tracking information appearing on the website; we appreciate your patience.
      It may also take a few tries to enter your tracking number on the Quantium's website before the tracking information appears.

Request for return within 3 days of receiving item.
Shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
Items for return must be brand new, unused, original, with packaging

  • Return (overseas orders)

Request for return within 14 days of receiving the products.
If item is damaged while delivering, please keep the original issue as well as with picture of proof for the verification on the approval for refund. Approval may take 5-7 days.

  • Refund

We will arrange for a refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
