Refund policy
For Local (Hong Kong)
Return procedure：
1. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipt and related gifts.
2. Request for return within 3 days of receiving the products.
3. After confirming that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will contact the customer to return. Products should be shipped out by buyer for return within 7 days after the notice is given.
The refund procedure is as follows：
1. After receiving the returned products, we will arrange a refund within 7 working days.
2. If the order was paid with credit card, it will be refunded directly to the paid credit card account. Since the refund date of each bank is different, please refer to your bank for the specific refund time and related information.
***If you would like to cancel an order for personal reasons after having completed payment,
For orders settled in HKD: 6% of the total order amount will be deducted from your refund as a transaction fee.
For orders settled in a currency other than HKD: 8% of the total order amount will be deducted from your refund as a transaction fee.
We reserve the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following circumstances：
1. Product is damaged by humans
2. Exceeding the return period
3. Product has been opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons
4. Receipts are missing or incomplete
5. Product is not provided by Pretties HK Limited
6. Product does not have quality problems
7. Colour aberration between the picture and the product
We do not accept the refund requests in the following situations：
1. The order cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
2. Refund request due to shipping fee issues (please read the shipping instructions carefully before placing an order to ensure a clear understanding of shipping calculations).
Precautions：
1. Product effects vary from person to person and refunds are not accepted for reasons related to product effects.
2. Customers should consider the transportation risk before purchase. If there is any damage or loss during the transportation, the customer will bear the loss. Pretties HK will not make any compensation.
3. Regarding the return and refund arrangement, Pretties.com.hk reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
For Overseas
Return procedure：

2. Request for return within 14 days of receiving the products.
3. After confirming that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will contact the customer to return. Products should be shipped out by buyer for return within 7 days after the notice is given.
Remark: If item was damaged during transit, please keep the original issue and provide evidential photos for the approval for refund. Approval may take 5-7 days.

5. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer
6. Full refund will be completed within 7 days once item is received and verified
