For Hong Kong Delivery
1. All orders are shipped by courier only. Face-trade or pick-up service is not available.
2. All orders will be delivered by SF Express or Kerry Logistics.
***For customers using SF self-pickup addresses as your shipping address, please download the SFHK APP to receive pickup notifications.
3. For orders with amounts below HK$350, shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
4. Free shipping is applicable for orders over $350 after any discounted amount, including member discount/coupon code/account credits/promotion/etc.
5. To avoid any disputes, customers are recommended to provide general commercial, industrial, or residential address for shipment. Any unpaid surcharges may result in the order being considered as abandoned; in such cases, NO compensation or refund will be given. For any disputes, Pretties HK reserves the final decision.
Cutoff time：
Every weekday at 10am. Products will be sent out within 1-3 working days after.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong Public Holidays.
Precautions：
Customers should consider the transportation risk before purchasing. If there is any damage or loss during the transportation, the customer will bear the loss. If there is any deterioration, damage or loss of items during the mailing process, Pretties HK will not make any compensation.
