Local delivery

All product ship from Hong Kong warehouse. 

For Hong Kong Delivery

1. All orders will ship by courier only, face-trade or pick-up service is not available.

2. All order will be delivered by SF Express or Kerry Logistic.

3. For order amount below HK$350, shipping calculated at checkout.

4. Free shipping is applicable for orders over $350 after any discounted amount, including member discount/coupon/account credits/promotion code/etc.
Free shipping service is applicable to general commercial or industrial address only.

5. All delivery fees or free shipping service do not include any additional surcharges charged by courier companies included but not limited to Residential address / Remote Area / Outlying Islands / Stairs-only buildings, etc.

7. To avoid any disputes, customers are recommended to provide general commercial or industrial address for shipment. Any unpaid surcharges may consider as the order that is abundant and No compensation or refund will be given. Pretties HK reserves the final decision.

 

Cut off time：
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12 noon. Products will be sent out within 2-3 working days after that.

Precautions：
Customer should consider the transportation risk before purchase. If there is any damage or loss during the transportation, customer will bear the loss. If there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, Pretties HK Limited will not make any compensation.
