  • Simply create an account to enroll in Pretties Club. You will be entitled to a one-time 5% welcome discount offer through email.  

Earn Pretties Points (“Points”)

  • Click on the campaigns of your interest listed on the Pretties Club page to complete activities and earn the corresponding number of points.

  • Points will be automatically added to your account upon completion of corresponding activities.

  • Each Hong Kong dollar you spend at Pretties.com.hk is equivalent to 1 Pretties Point, excluding all shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and payments in the form of cash coupon.

  • Points to be redeemed through the completion of social media campaigns, including following our social media platforms and newsletter subscription, can only be redeemed ONCE.

  • Once the birthday date is submitted, no changes will be allowed. The birthday offer will only be issued in the birthday month ONCE per year. To request any necessary changes, please contact our Customer Service Team.

  • If your birthday date is within 30 days of the submission date, Points will be issued in the next year.

  • Points will expire if there are no new Points earned in your account for 12 consecutive months.

Notes on Benefits:

  • Each Hong Kong dollar you spend at Pretties.com.hk is equivalent to 1 Point, excluding all shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and payments in the form of cash coupon.

  • Redeemed coupon is valid for 2 months following its redemption date. A minimum purchase amount for the order is required.

  • Coupon may not be used together with other site offers.

  • Only ONE coupon code can be applied per order.

  • Birthday Points will be automatically added to your account in your birthday month.
  • Any person who has previously created an account at Pretties.com.hk and subsequently logged in to pretties.com.hk through that account will automatically be enrolled in the Pretties Club as a member. No additional sign-up procedure is required.

  • There is no membership fee incurred by the enrolment of Pretties Club.

  • As part of the Friend Rewards program, coupons can be earned through orders made using a Rewards Code. Coupons will be issued to a member's account automatically after orders have been successfully fulfilled.

  • The Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for Pretties.com.hk Credit.

  • The Points calculation is determined by the amount of Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) spent on Pretties.com.hk purchases, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and Points used as payment. The dollar amount used to calculate Points will be rounded up or down to the nearest integer before Points are issued. If the customer elects to pay using a different currency, the Points given will be based on the Pretties.com.hk internal exchange rate.

  • The Points earned through purchase(s) will be credited to a member's account after the order is fulfilled and dispatched.

  • Shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and payments in the form of cash coupon are ineligible for Points.

  • Coupons cannot be applied as payment to an order after the order has been placed. Requests to apply Coupons discount offers after an order has been placed will not be entertained.

  • If a confirmed order or purchased item is cancelled, returned or refunded, Pretties HK has the right to deduct the corresponding number of points from the order.

  • Pretties HK reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify, or cancel the Pretties Club loyalty program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice. However, Pretties HK will notify Pretties Club members of changes to the program through appropriate methods. Once announced by Pretties HK, all announced changes will come into immediate effect.
