How To Use:
Can use with bare hands or with cotton pads.
If using with hands, pour a small amount into your palm and apply to your face using gentle patting motions. Finish with a cream to complete your skincare routine.
If using with cotton pads, soak a cotton pad in No.3 Toner and apply to wiped skin. Remove after 3-5 minutes and pat the remaining toner into your skin.
